Preston has hit the very messy stage where he is
determined to feed himself.
He will refuse to eat if he does not get to hold his own spoon and be left to get the food to his mouth by Himself!
He is also now determined to get his own food.
He climbs the kitchen drawers to reach stuff on the counters, sneaks into the pantry and then brings me something to open for him. - Tricky huh - And somehow he always manages to talk Alyce into opening the fridge for him ... he holds her hand and brings her over, and then points and sweetly ask's, "Me ... me ... me?
*She is a total sucker and opens it pretty much every time*
Here he climbed up not "to" but "on top" of the island - to eat Alyce's applesauce. The way he was sitting made me laugh, it looks painful but with his little belly to teeter on he couldn't have been better situated.
His other favorite past time is emptying the island or kitchen cupboard's big enough and play's inside. If I act like I'm going to get him he giggles so hard he will lose his balance and tip over.
And the best part about all of this ... I never run out of things to clean up!
